About Me
Hi, I'm Oxana.
I immigrated to the United States 25 years ago and rebuilt my life from the ground up.
Long before resilience became a professional focus, it was a personal necessity. I grew up in an abusive environment. At 24, I became a widow and gave birth to my son three days later. I experienced depression, self-harm, and profound grief during the years that followed.
Healing became a deliberate practice.
I committed to long-term therapy. I built my career in high-stakes corporate environments where clarity, discretion, and emotional regulation were essential. I pursued advanced studies in immunology through programs affiliated with Harvard Medical School and business education through Stanford. I trained extensively in meditation and breathwork with leading practitioners in the field.
I do not provide medical or clinical treatment.
I work as a consultant, guiding individuals through structured breath-based practices designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and recovery from prolonged stress.
My approach is informed by lived experience, disciplined study, and years of working in environments where pressure is constant and composure is non-negotiable.
Adversity shaped my early life. Structure, education, and disciplined inner work shaped what came after.
Today, I support people who carry responsibility, visibility, and internal strain — and who are ready to rebuild from the inside out.
